AnyEvent is a mobile application that centralizes your event materials and serves as your on-site communication platform.

AnyEvent is tailored to meet your specific needs and systematic preferences. The app’s modular design gives you the freedom to select the content categories relevant to your event. Dashboard elements, like icons, logos, banner images, and the app color scheme are customized to your liking.
AnyEvent is coupled with a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS) that lets you update the app and/or send your attendees notifications in real time. The CMS was designed to be easily updated by event planners, but AnyEvent support is available should you need assistance with the CMS.
Every component of AnyEvent is changeable and easily modified via the CMS.
The privacy of your information is very important. Every AnyEvent app is secured using a unique six-digit passcode. Upon entering this code, attendees are prompted to input their username and password. These requirements ensure that your information is well protected and only accessed by designated users.

The modules of your AnyEvent app are represented by icons on the app dashboard. You may use the provided icons or create your own.

The AnyEvent banner is an opportunity to offer advertising space, thank supporters, or promote your next event. Banner messages keep your audience engaged and add variety. Banner messages rotate about every seven seconds.
